Anzac Biscuit Balls


  • 3C cashew nuts
  • 4Tbsp cashew butter*
  • 3C desiccated coconut
  • 2Tbsp stevia (or any natural sweetener equivalent to the sweetness 2Tbsp sugar)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/3C water


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
  2. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor on high until the mixture is well combined and
  3. Roll mixture into approx. 2.5cm/1inch diameter balls. Add 1 Tbsp of water at a time to the mixture
    to assist rolling as required.
  4. Place on a lined baking tray a bake for 10 mins or until bliss balls are slightly golden.

*To make a small jar of homemade cashew butter, food process 250g dry roasted cashew on high, adding 2Tbsp macadamia oil slowly until a smooth consistency is reached.
